DateWhim is an AI-powered date idea generator for couples. It is available in a free tier (Casual generator) and paid premium tiers (Spicy Nights, Special Milestones). Generated ideas are suggestions only. DateWhim is not responsible for the outcome of any date activity.
You must be at least 18 years old to use DateWhim. By creating an account or accessing any feature of DateWhim, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
The Spicy Nights category contains mature, intimate content intended for adult couples. By accessing this feature, you confirm that:
DateWhim reserves the right to terminate any account where we have reason to believe the user is a minor or is in violation of this policy. All content generated by DateWhim describes activities between consenting adults and is for entertainment and inspiration purposes only.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You may not share your account or use DateWhim on behalf of another person without their consent. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to abuse the AI generation system, attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer the service, or use DateWhim for any commercial purpose without our written consent. You also agree not to use the service to generate content that is harmful, illegal, or violates the rights of others.
Date ideas are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude models) and are labeled as AI-generated in the interface, in line with the EU AI Act transparency requirements. Generated suggestions may occasionally be impractical, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation - they are inspiration, not professional advice. Always use your own judgment, especially for bookings, travel, and safety. DateWhim is not liable for any outcomes resulting from following generated suggestions. You retain no intellectual property rights over generated content, and DateWhim retains no rights over any input you provide.
Premium features require a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
Merchant of Record: All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means LemonSqueezy is the legal seller of record: they collect your payment, handle VAT and sales tax compliance, and issue receipts. Your purchase contract for billing purposes is with LemonSqueezy, and their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to payment data. DateWhim does not store or process your payment card details.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile settings or via LemonSqueezy's customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: Due to the digital and immediately consumable nature of the service, we generally do not offer refunds. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge via our contact page and we will review your case. Refund requests may also be submitted directly to LemonSqueezy.
DateWhim is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DateWhim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue DateWhim at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary.
